This project is part of a larger, multi-year program to replace phones in all municipal and school buildings with the goal of creating a unified system across all buildings. VoIP technology will provide cost savings and offer benefits not currently available with the older PBX systems currently used in most municipal and school buildings. The VoIP systems will integrate with the existing VoIP system at the Public Services Building and utilize the existing Town-wide fiber network.
